فَمَا اسْتَطَاعُوا مِنْ قِيَامٍ وَمَا كَانُوا مُنْتَصِرِينَ

Sahih International

(51:45) And they were unable to arise, nor could they defend themselves.

Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali and Muhammad Muhsin Khan,

(51:45) Then they were unable to rise up, nor could they help themselves.

(51:45) And they were unable to rise up, nor could they help themselves.
