إِنَّ لَكَ أَلَّا تَجُوعَ فِيهَا وَلَا تَعْرَىٰ

Quran surah Taha 118 in english translation

Sahih International

(20:118) Indeed, it is [promised] for you not to be hungry therein or be unclothed.

Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali and Muhammad Muhsin Khan,

(20:118) Verily, you have (a promise from Us) that you will never be hungry therein nor naked.

Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall

(20:118) It is (vouchsafed) unto thee that thou hungerest not therein nor art naked,

Abdullah Yusuf Ali

(20:118) There is therein (enough provision) for thee not to go hungry nor to go naked,

(20:118) Surely it is (ordained) for you that you shall not be hungry therein nor bare of clothing;
