وَتَرَى الْمُجْرِمِينَ يَوْمَئِذٍ مُقَرَّنِينَ فِي الْأَصْفَادِ

Sahih International
(14:49) And you will see the criminals that Day bound together in shackles,
Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali and Muhammad Muhsin Khan,
(14:49) And you will see the Mujrimun (criminals, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah Islamic Monotheism, polytheists, disobedient to Allah, etc.) that Day bound together in fetters; [Muqarranun in fetters; mean:- with their hands and feet tied to their necks with chains.]

(14:49) Thou wilt see the guilty on that day linked together in chains,
