الْيَوْمَ تُجْزَىٰ كُلُّ نَفْسٍ بِمَا كَسَبَتْ ۚ لَا ظُلْمَ الْيَوْمَ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ سَرِيعُ الْحِسَابِ

Quran surah Ghafir 17 in english translation

Sahih International

(40:17) This Day every soul will be recompensed for what it earned. No injustice today! Indeed, Allah is swift in account.

Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali and Muhammad Muhsin Khan,

(40:17) This Day shall every person be recompensed for what he earned. No injustice (shall be done to anybody). Truly, Allah is Swift in reckoning.

Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall

(40:17) This day is each soul requited that which it hath earned; no wrong (is done) this day. Lo! Allah is swift at reckoning.

Abdullah Yusuf Ali

(40:17) That Day will every soul be requited for what it earned; no injustice will there be that Day, for Allah is Swift in taking account.

Mohammad Habib Shakir

(40:17) This day every soul shall be rewarded for what it has earned; no injustice (shall be done) this day; surely Allah is quick in reckoning.
