ذَٰلِكَ بِمَا قَدَّمَتْ أَيْدِيكُمْ وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ لَيْسَ بِظَلَّامٍ لِلْعَبِيدِ

Quran surah Al Anfal 51 in english translation

Sahih International

(8:51) That is for what your hands have put forth [of evil] and because Allah is not ever unjust to His servants.”

Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali and Muhammad Muhsin Khan,

(8:51) This is because of that which your hands had forwarded. And verily, Allah is not unjust to His slaves.

Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall

(8:51) This is for that which your own hands have sent before (to the Judgment), and (know) that Allah is not a tyrant to His slaves.

Abdullah Yusuf Ali

(8:51) Because of (the deeds) which your (own) hands sent forth; for Allah is never unjust to His servants:

Mohammad Habib Shakir

(8:51) This is for what your own hands have sent on before, and because Allah is not in the least unjust to the servants;

Dr. Ghali

(8:51) That (is) for what your hands have forwarded, and for that Allah is not in the least unjust to (His) slaves.

(8:51) This is because of (the evil deeds) that you forwarded with your own hands, for never does God do the least wrong to the servants.”

(8:51) `This (punishment) is because of (the deeds) which your (own) hands have sent forward and (know) Allâh is by no means unjust to His servants.´

Literal

(8:51) That (is) with what your hands advanced/undertook , and that God (is) not with an unjust/oppressor to the worshippers/slaves.

(8:51) For what you have brought upon yourselves.” God is surely not unjust to His creatures, (they are unjust to themselves).
