بَلَىٰ مَنْ كَسَبَ سَيِّئَةً وَأَحَاطَتْ بِهِ خَطِيئَتُهُ فَأُولَٰئِكَ أَصْحَابُ النَّارِ ۖ هُمْ فِيهَا خَالِدُونَ
Quran surah Al Baqarah 81 in english translation
Sahih International(2:81) Yes, whoever earns evil and his sin has encompassed him – those are the companions of the Fire; they will abide therein eternally.
Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali and Muhammad Muhsin Khan,(2:81) Yes! Whosoever earns evil and his sin has surrounded him, they are dwellers of the Fire (i.e. Hell); they will dwell therein forever.
Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall(2:81) Nay, but whosoever hath done evil and his sin surroundeth him; such are rightful owners of the Fire; they will abide therein.
Abdullah Yusuf Ali(2:81) Nay, those who seek gain in evil, and are girt round by their sins,- they are companions of the Fire: Therein shall they abide (For ever).
Mohammad Habib Shakir(2:81) Yea! whoever earns evil and his sins beset him on every side, these are the inmates of the fire; in it they shall abide.
Dr. Ghali(2:81) Yes indeed, whoever has earned an odious deed and his offense(s) have encompassed him, then those are therein the companions ( (i.e. inhabitants) of the Fire; they are therein eternally (abiding).
Ali Unal(2:81) (It is indeed the case that you speak in ignorance. The truth is,) rather, that whoever earns an evil (by his free will) and his vices engulf him those are the companions of the Fire; they will abide therein.
Amatul Rahman Omar(2:81) The truth is that, those who do evil and who are encompassed by their sins, are the inmates of the Fire and therein they shall abide for long.
Literal(2:81) Yes/certainly , who gathered/earned a sin/crime, and his sin/mistake surrounded/enveloped with him so those (are) the fire`s owners/company, they are in it immortally/eternally.
Ahmed Ali(2:81) Why, they who have earned the wages of sin and are enclosed in error, are people of Hell, where they will abide for ever.
A. J. Arberry(2:81) Not so; whoso earns evil, and is encompassed by his transgression — those are the inhabitants of the Fire; there they shall dwell forever.
Abdul Majid Daryabadi(2:81) O Yea! whosoever earnoth vice and his sin hath encompassed him, those shall be the fellows of the Fire, as abiders therein.

Muhammad Sarwar(2:81) There is no doubt that evil doers who are engulfed in sins are the companions of hell fire wherein they will live forever.
Hamid Abdul Aziz(2:81) Nay, whoever gains an evil gain, and is encompassed by his sins, those are the fellows of the Fire, and they shall dwell therein for ever.
Faridul Haque(2:81) Yes, why not? * The one who earns evil and his sin surrounds him
Talal Itani(2:81) Indeed, whoever commits misdeeds, and becomes besieged by his iniquitiesthese are the inmates of the Fire, wherein they will dwell forever.
Ahmed Raza Khan(2:81) Yes, why not?* The one who earns evil and his sin surrounds him; he is from the people of fire (hell); they will remain in it forever. (You will remain in the fire forever).
Wahiduddin Khan(2:81) Truly, those who do evil and are encompassed by their misdeeds, shall be the inmates of the Fire. Therein they shall abide forever,
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri(2:81) Yes! Whosoever earns evil and his sin has surrounded him, they are dwellers of the Fire (i.e. Hell); they will dwell therein forever.
Ali Quli Qarai(2:81) Certainly whoever commits misdeeds and is besieged by his iniquitysuch shall be the inmates of the Fire, and they will remain in it [forever].
