الذي له ملك السماوات والأرض والله على كل شيء شهيد

Allathee lahu mulku assamawatiwal-ardi wallahu AAala kullishay-in shaheed

To whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth. And Allah , over all things, is Witness.
