ولو شاء ربك لجعل الناس أمة واحدة ولا يزالون مختلفين
Walaw shaa rabbuka lajaAAala annasaommatan wahidatan wala yazaloonamukhtalifeen

And if your Lord had willed, He could have made mankind one community; but they will not cease to differ.
