Sahih International

(52:28) Indeed, we used to supplicate Him before. Indeed, it is He who is the Beneficent, the Merciful.”

(52:28) Verily, We used to invoke Him (Alone and none else) before. Verily, He is Al-Barr (the Most Subtle, Kind, Courteous, and Generous), the Most Merciful.

(52:28) Lo! we used to pray unto Him of old. Lo! He is the Benign, the Merciful.
