Quran surah Al Lahab 2 in english translation

Sahih International

(111:2) His wealth will not avail him or that which he gained.

Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali and Muhammad Muhsin Khan,

(111:2) His wealth and his children (etc.) will not benefit him!

Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall

(111:2) His wealth and gains will not exempt him.

Abdullah Yusuf Ali

(111:2) No profit to him from all his wealth, and all his gains!

(111:2) His wealth and what he earns will not avail him.
